Clayworks Cooperative Clay Classes Registration Form

Clayworks can offer a refund, minus a $25.00, non-refundable processing fee, if participant cancels the registration 15 days prior to the first day of class. Afterwards, no refunds will be given due to our commitments to pay faculty and order supplies. Register early (by September 7th ) and receive an early bird discount: $5.00 reduction in class fee! Pre-School Clay (ages 3-5) fee $35 - 2 - 4 week sessions

12. Session 1 - Friday 10:30-11:30AM - starts Sept. 24th to Oct. 15th

13. Session 2 - Starts Oct29th to Nov. 20th

Holiday Workshop for Kids (ages 6 -12) fee $45

14. Session 1. Monday, Nov. 15th - Dec. 6th at 4- 5:30 PM with Deborah Dashevsky, Instructor

15. Session 2. Wednesday, Nov. 17th - Dec. 8th at 4-5:30 PM with Stephanie Miller- Davis, instructor

Family Clay (age 2 and up - with parent accompanying) fee - $50 per person; under 6yr = $30

16. Session 1. Saturdays - 1-3:00 PM starts Sept 25th - Oct 16th

17. Session 2. October 30th - November 20th

Clay Classes Offered:

1. Adult/Teen, 3 hour extended class, Monday 7-10 PM- starts Sept. 20th - fee $190

2. Adult/Teen, Tuesday 7-9 PM - starts Sept. 21st - fee $135

3. Adult/Teen, Wednesday 7-9 PM - starts Sept. 22nd -fee $135

4. Adult/Teen, Thursday 8-10 PM, fee $135

5. Wheel Throwing for Kids, Saturday 10:00 AM - noon, fee $110

Children 6-12; four day sessions: session 1 -3 time = 4 - 5:30PM (Fee $90); session 4, time = 1- 3PM (Fee $110)

6. Session 1, Monday - starts Sept. 20th with Deborah Dashevsky, instructor

7. Session 2, Tuesday - starts Sept. 21st with Susan Parente, instructor

8. Session 3, Wednesday - starts Sept. 22nd with Stephanie Miller - Davis, instructor

9. Session 4, Thursday - Home school (1 - 3PM) Stephanie Miller - Davis instructor (Fee $110)

Wheel Throwing and Hand Building for Kid (4th grade and up) fee $110; (some experience recommended) 2 sessions

10. Session 1, Thursday at 3:45 - 5:45PM- starts Sept 23rd with Stephanie Miller - Davis, instructor

11. Session 2, Saturday at 10:00 - 12:00 noon - starts Sept. 25th withn Krysta Wyatt, instructor
